The Credit Union’s new Hamburg Branch in Lexington, KY opened in December 2014 with an official grand opening planned for the first quarter of 2014. Karen Harbin, Commonwealth’s CEO says, “We are very excited about the opening of this new branch for our members in Lexington. This new facility seeks to help us dive deeper into relationships and grow our presence in the community.”

Executive Vice President, David Young adds, “In our new prototype branch we wanted to create a WOW effect and that’s exactly what the team at LEVEL5 delivered. This facility embraces technology, alternative ways of delivering banking services, and focuses on the member experience, so we can continue to improve service to our broad member base.”

The LEVEL5 team was tasked with creating a brand that differentiated the credit union in a very active retail and banking corridor of Lexington. The key element is the branch’s vestibule, which is equipped with LED lights that bring a unique glow to the area, illuminating Sir Barton Way and how the Credit Union sees its members differently.
