Construction Management Scope of Services

LEVEL5’s construction management approach includes strong focus on:

·    Management – Our seasoned professionals have the required
insights and expertise to manage and oversee projects to achieve excellence.

·    Local Involvement – From local sub-contractors to local suppliers
of materials and goods, LEVEL5 recognizes the additional value that
can be realized by involving the local community in project efforts.
Benefits include business development opportunities in the local
community, a more engaged work force and lower project costs.

·    Sub-Contracting / Bidding - LEVEL5 knows the best way to separate
work packages for bidding and has a protocol for soliciting multiple bids.
We extend the opportunity for our clients to review our bid lists and
encourage our clients to add or delete bidders.  We negotiate with
the lowest qualified bidder to gain the best value for each work package.

·    Buying Power- Working exclusively on financial institution projects,
LEVEL5;has the advantage of procuring items (such as furniture,
fixtures and security equipment) directly from the manufacturers.
We extend the savings from our buying power to our clients.
We procure, receive, store, deliver, and install these items while
     guaranteeing the materials and workmanship.

·    Fast-tracking - LEVEL5 frequently executes projects on a fast-tracked
approach. Through our integrated approach, we can begin the construction
process while the project design is underway. This allows us to order long
lead time items (such as furniture and equipment) early in the process so
that there is no delay in completing the facility.

·    Reporting – LEVEL5 is committed to keeping clients informed regarding
project progress and provides comprehensive monthly reports to
     demonstrate schedule and budget compliance.

·    Project Close-Out – LEVEL5 handles the series of critical activities
essential to providing the timely hand over of a new facility to the client.
We pro-actively schedule these activities in a logical sequence so you
understand how to operate the building and its systems,
including assistance with training, if required.
