J.F. KASSLER 
Chairman

Joe Kassler believes that “People not Corporations or Processes Render Professional Services” and the principals of LEVEL5 strongly share in this philosophy.  Mr. Kassler has been a leader in financial facilities development for 30+ years and represented hundreds of clients in the search for the correct solution to their facility needs.  With entrepreneurial vision and determination, he led the company he founded in 1982 to become the largest firm of its kind serving the financial services industry. By pioneering such innovative concepts as Strategic Consulting and Real Estate Acquisition, he shepherded its expansion from regional to national status with multiple projects in 38 states.

As Chairman of LEVEL5, Mr. Kassler will focus on growth and strategic initiatives for the company.  His leadership also touches each project and client relationship. As the Owner Advocate, he works closely with clients through the challenging phases of Strategic Business Expansion utilizing his strong design and construction expertise to ensure nothing less than exceptional results and superior client satisfaction on every project.

BRAD ELLER
President & CEO

Brad Eller is a construction professional with 18 years experience including serving executive roles as senior vice president and principal-in-charge for one of the world's leading project management and construction companies. In leading a full-service office with 115 full time employees supporting an annual revenue of $200 million, Mr. Eller championed the art of motivating staff members to bring about highly coordinated project efforts with emphasis on client satisfaction, cost control, quality and safety.

In his role as President & CEO, Mr. Eller will be responsible for ongoing operations and corporate planning.  He also oversees the implementation of project management and spearheads quality control and assurance. Through hands-on involvement with project reviews and employee training, Mr. Eller advances the firms standards with respect to project controls, quality and client service. His team building-approach to project delivery enables client relationships to be one of trust and confidence.

MIKE COLVIN
Executive VP Marketing / Sales

Mike Colvin has over thirty years of focused, results-oriented experience in providing architectural, engineering and construction services for domestic and international design/build projects.  These projects have included a wide variety of facilities in both the private and public sectors.  During his career he has consistently maintained an extraordinarily high standard of business ethics and professionalism.  He always builds strong personal relationships with clients and believes that he must be the client’s advocate throughout the overall process of planning, programming, locating, designing, and constructing their facilities. 

Mr. Colvin is responsible for assisting the CEO with the overall management of the company and is especially charged with the management of the business development process and organization.  In this role he consults with clients to define their needs and objectives and coordinates LEVEL5’s comprehensive 5 levels of service to best meet those needs and objectives.

JOHN W. HYCHE
SVP Strategic Consulting

John Hyche has over twenty years experience working with financial institutions in consulting and regulatory capacities.  These roles have encompassed support functions, asset management, formation of de novo institutions, market analysis,  strategy development, and financial analysis and forecasting. 

As a Principal of LEVEL5, Mr. Hyche is charged with the management of interdisciplinary functions to investigate and analyze market opportunities and develop strategic plans and tactical projects to position financial institutions to take advantage of existing and emerging market opportunities.  The focus of these engagements is to bring extensive information, analysis, and experience to bear on the issues facing LEVEL5's clients.  Recommendations are based on thorough collaboration with the financial institution and understanding of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the research.

EDUCATION - Master of Science degree in Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture; both from Georgia Institute of Technology
