There he developed a distinct talent for ascertaining benchmarks for company performance and deciphering strategies to best align resources to meet the rendering of products and services.
As VP / National Real Estate Market Analysis at SouthTrust Bank, he was heavily involved with risk mitigation by compiling reports for federal regulators to keep the institution out of criticism for commercial and residential market exposures.

Steve Davis has over 30 years serving as a Senior Project Manager. He has held senior positions of leadership in design management, construction management and real estate management for top Fortune 100 companies.
As a Senior Project Manager for LEVEL5, he has planned and managed the construction of various projects. This wealth of knowledge ranging from data centers, central offices, and administrative buildings brings value to our Clients.
Mr. Davis’ experience brings a unique perspective to planning, designing, and constructing a facility coupled with vast knowledge of overall building performance, facilities operation and maintenance. Tommy Loo has over 25 years experience working with financial institutions in consulting and management capacities. These roles have encompassed management of various operational areas within financial institutions as well as operations analysis and troubleshooting in consulting engagements. Mr. Loo's vast array of skills and experience, developed over years in management and staff positions with major financial institutions as well as a numerous consulting engagements, give LEVEL5 clients the analytical experience they need to plan for growth while maintaining efficiency.
As the Director of Business Strategies, Mr. Loo is responsible for providing operations consulting services for LEVEL5 clients. Mr. Loo works directly with CEOs and senior managers of financial institutions to evaluate the institutions' operational functions and define strategic objectives. To do so, Mr. Loo examines the institution's organizational structure, operating methods, and technology. He benchmarks performance against growth goals to define requirements and make recommendations to maintain efficient, effective operations while reaching strategic goals. The recommendations are based on collaboration with the institution and a clear understanding of qualitative and quantitative aspects of the analysis.
