BRIAN ABNER
Director of Market Strategies 

Brian Abner has 21 years experience of intense market analyses on a broad spectrum of activities.  His career began in the construction industry where he worked as an assistant project manager in overseeing project management and assuring compliance to project schedules and budgets.  Upon earning his business degree, he moved into the executive management arena for heavy manufacturing where he first became involved with strategic consulting and analysis for complex operations systems for GM and Chrysler.  There he developed a distinct talent for ascertaining benchmarks for company performance and deciphering strategies to best align resources to meet the rendering of products and services. 

As VP / National Real Estate Market Analysis at SouthTrust Bank, he was heavily involved with risk mitigation by compiling reports for federal regulators to keep the institution out of criticism for commercial and residential market exposures.  

Mr. Abner is a seasoned specialist in helping business leaders articulate and clarify their business objectives and then determining recommendations and solutions that these leaders can use to grow their businesses strategically.  He offers tremendous expertise in challenging environments, needs assessment, use of sophisticated network and internet data collection techniques, integral data assessment, market monitoring, management reporting, and portfolio analysis.  His broad background makes him very effective in trouble shooting and problem solving.

RYAN STANCILL

Ryan Stancill brings 14 years of professional experience in architecture. At Praxis3 he played a major role in development of the Automotive Retail division charged with business development and account management for public and private automotive groups. Prior to Praxis3, Ryan managed the automotive retail accounts for Nissan's NREDI program and Toyota's Image USAII program at Gensler's Atlanta office. He has planned over 240 automotive retail stores throughout the United States. Ryan's overall professional experience includes extensive work on interior architecture, adaptive reuse and base building projects ranging from $2 - $170 million. His primary responsibilities included overall project direction and managing client relationships. He has assumed this role from pre-design / planning stages through construction administration for projects including retail, corporate interiors, entertainment, academic, biotech, light manufacturing, medical, and residential. He worked for Steffian Bradley from 1994-1998 on a variety of project types including residential and medical facilities. Ryan joined Gensler in 1998 as a Project Manager where he worked for 8 years until joining Praxis3 in 2006.

CRAIG STALLINGS
Sr. Project Manager

Mr. Stallings has over 26 years serving as Sr. Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent for a variety of construction firms. He has been responsible for overseeing construction and renovations of financial institutions, religious institutions, hospitals, commercial and government facilities, corporate offices, and amusement parks. Craig possesses the ability to maintain an overall strategic perspective, concurrent with the in-depth, tactical execution of any particular project. He possesses broad experience in varying building types, complexities, and functions, with a proven track record of completing projects on, or ahead of schedule, within budget, and with an exceptionally high degree of Client satisfaction and integrity.
