ATLANTA, May 21, 2008 - LEVEL5, a consulting and facilities development firm specializing in financial institutions, announced the addition of four new members to its team including Ryan Stancill, vice president of design; Matt O'Neal, senior market analyst; Joleen Duckett, technical services administrator; and Georgia Moore, research associate.

"Today's financial institutions all face heightened levels of competition, and strategic expansion is one efficient way to offer more to customers and members," said J. F. Kassler, president and CEO of LEVEL5. "LEVEL5 continues to expand internally to meet the intense marketplace demand, and it is imperative that we have strong professionals to support all our services. We work to build teams of creative and resourceful employees who understand our principles. These experts provide the high quality services that our clients have come to enjoy from LEVEL5."

With 14 years of professional experience in architecture, Stancill joins LEVEL5 as vice president of design. Stancill will lead the overall direction of design for LEVEL5 and ensure that all design aspects, from architectural work to engineering and branding, work together toward the business goals. Prior to LEVEL5, Stancill was an associate at Praxis3, a design firm specializing in retail design. His professional experience includes extensive work on interior architecture and base building projects ranging from $2 - $170 million, as well as overall project direction for hundreds of retail projects across the United States.

As a senior market analyst for LEVEL5 he will direct and conduct market research and develop comprehensive analysis to support retail delivery strategies. O'Neal will also be actively involved with the real estate department.

Duckett joins LEVEL5 as a technical services administrator providing support to the company's purchasing, estimating and project development departments. Moore will be a research associate and use her strong analytical ability to assist LEVEL5's market research efforts.
