

ATLANTA, June 16, 2008 - LEVEL5 a consulting and facilities development firm specializing in financial institutions, announced today that Oak Ridge, Tenn.-based Enrichment Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of its newest branch. LEVEL5
Enrichment FCU was originally chartered in 1950 to provide financial services to employees of the Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion (K-25) Plant and recently expanded to serve the nearby communities in a highly competitive area. The new Northshore Branch is located in Knoxville, Tennessee at 9419 South Northshore Drive. The office has more than 5,200 square feet of retail financial services space and was designed to reflect the surrounding neighborhood as well as the credit union's main headquarters.
"The Northshore location that LEVEL5 strategically selected is the perfect area to reach out to new members while providing some of our current members with a branch that is closer to their home," said Ellora Bryant, Northshore branch manager for Enrichment Federal Credit Union. "We opened 64 new accounts in the first month that our Northshore branch opened and five of those were existing members expanding their relationship with us. We welcomed 51 new members in the month of April alone and expect to attract more members in the coming months. Our newest branch has seen a significant increase in the value of deposits being made and have also disbursed more than $535,000 in loans since opening. Without a doubt, all of our needs have been met and exceeded by LEVEL5."
LEVEL5 designed a dialogue delivery system for the Northshore branch made up of individual teller stations that are used in place of teller lines to handle all member transactions. This layout provides members greater privacy, allows for personalized and enhanced service, reduces transaction time and eliminates the need for members to stand in line. A greeter is also positioned at the branch's main entrance to welcome members and provide immediate guidance.
"With the point-to-point system that LEVEL5 introduced, we never have to physically leave our members while working on their account," continued Bryant. "Our branch has a tube system that carries any needed paperwork from the individual teller stations to the back office for processing, allowing consistent interaction between the teller and member as relationships are established. LEVEL5 also helped us create a Kirby Kangaroo Corner, an area where our member's young children are entertained with toys and puzzles, facilitating a family-oriented environment where members can focus on their transactions."
