Innovations Opens Branch

ATLANTA, April 20, 2009 - LEVEL5 a consulting and facilities development firm specializing in financial institutions announced that Panama City, Florida-based Innovations Federal Credit Union celebrated the grand opening of its newest branch. LEVEL5 assisted the credit union with consulting, real estate acquisition, integrated design, and construction of the new branch located at 2250 S. Hwy 77 in Lynn Haven. The new branch will be instrumental in allowing the credit union to better serve existing members, as well as potential new members. Innovations Federal Credit Union has served its members in Bay County since 1952 and currently serves over 14,000 members and manages assets in excess of $140 million.

The new 4,500 square foot branch is a full service location with drive-thru teller lanes, self service coin counter, a bio-metric self service personal storage feature, and multi-sync electronic marketing displays, which is the first in the Southeast. The lobby features the state of the art dialogue delivery banking concept, which uses the latest technology in transaction processing, while emphasizing member service. This comfortable atmosphere also provides a coffee and wireless Internet bar for convenience.

LEVEL5 designed a dialogue delivery system for the branch made up of individual teller stations that are used in place of teller lines to handle all member transactions. Innovations introduced the dialogue concept three years ago, and have since converted four of their five branch locations to include this. This layout affords members greater privacy, allows for more personalized and enhanced service, reduces transaction time and eliminates the need for members to stand in line. A lobby director is also positioned at the branch's main entrance to welcome members and provide immediate guidance.
