New Northeast Division

ATLANTA, December 4, 2009 - LEVEL5, a consulting and facilities development firm specializing in financial institutions, announced its new Northeast division headquartered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The Northeast division will be led by Courtney Grover who comes to LEVEL5 with more than 30 years experience in the financial and construction services industries.

At LEVEL5, Grover will serve as the Northeast Division Manager in charge of expanding LEVEL5's presence in the new territory. Most recently, Grover served as Chief Operating Officer for BrandPartners where his responsibilities included operational, financial and business development oversight for the company. Prior to serving as Chief Operating Officer, Grover served in several leadership capacities at BrandPartners, including roles as Managing Director of Design Build Group, Vice President of Multi-Site Group, and Director of Construction.

Joining Grover in the Northeast division are Mike Purchia and Pete Govoni, both formerly with BrandPartners as well.

Mike Purchia joins LEVEL5 as a managing director, supporting the company's strategic business plan. Purchia, who is based in Boston, will focus his efforts on providing advisory services for national and regional financial institutions. Purchia comes to LEVEL5 with more than 30 years of experience with financial services companies including Chase Manhattan Bank, Arthur D. Little, and as president of The Commonwealth Financial Technologies Group, which was acquired by BrandPartners in 2001. At BrandPartners, Purchia served as Director of Strategic Market Intelligence, responsible for assisting more than 500 clients with strategic customer and branch planning services. He has put in motion client initiatives to build profitability while consolidating or expanding a financial institution's branch network. He also helped form and manage BancRealty Advisors, BrandPartners' real estate affiliate. Purchia received his B.A. from Tufts University and a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.

Pete Govoni joins LEVEL5 as Regional Director of the Northeast Division where he will be responsible for new business development and acquisition in the new territory. Govoni comes to LEVEL5 with over 30 years experience helping financial institutions improve their profitability and build their businesses. Prior to joining LEVEL5, Govoni served as Senior Vice President, Community Bank Business Development, Design Build Group, for BrandPartners. Prior to BrandPartners, Govoni worked in a variety of financial service capacities including running his own management advisory firm, working in systems and operations for several financial service companies.
